Joy Division
Feature documentary about Joy Division and post-industrial Britain, directed by Grant Gee and written by Jon Savage. The film premiered at Toronto International Film Festival and opened Sheffield Doc/Fest in the UK. It was nominated for the Grierson Best Arts Documentary and won the Grierson Best Cinema Documentary Award and CPH:Dox Sound and Vision Award. The film was distributed by Universal/The Works in the UK, by The Weinstein Company in the US and worldwide.
