Joy Division

Award-winning feature documentary about Joy Division and post-industrial Britain, directed by Grant Gee and written by Jon Savage. The film premiered at Toronto International Film Festival and opened Sheffield Doc/Fest in the UK. It won the Grierson Best Cinema Documentary Award and CPH:Dox Sound and Vision Award and was distributed in the UK by Universal/The Works, in the US by The Weinstein Company and distributed worldwide, including France, Australia, Japan, Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, Italy and Spain.
